性状 白色至黄精的结晶性粉末。易溶于水,略溶于甲醇,微溶于乙醇(99.5),乙酸(100)微溶。水晶多态性观察。 熔点 149〜152℃ 药效药理 1. 抗过敏作用 过敏性休克和豚鼠和大鼠豚鼠被动皮肤过敏是由口服抑制。 在大鼠实验性过敏性鼻炎是由口服抑制。 2. 抗组胺作用 它抑制了离体豚鼠回肠收缩反应,由于组胺(体外)。 它表现出抗组胺致死的抑制和在豚鼠(体内)血管通透性增加。 3. 通过抗原 - 抗体反应的化学介质释放的抑制动作 从大鼠腹膜肥大细胞通过抗原 - 抗体反应,以及从人外周血白细胞组胺和白三烯C4释放和肺组织中浓度依赖性方式组胺释放反应(体外)。它表明由豚鼠被动腹腔过敏性(体内)于组胺释放的抑制作用。 4. It is usually used to treat allergic rhinitis, hives, eczema/dermatitis, dermal pruritus or prurigo. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>> •In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 capsules (1 to 2 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day after breakfast and before bedtime. Strictly follow the instructions. •Take this medicine without chewing as it is sustained release preparation. •If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. •If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. •Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Precautions while taking this medicine •This medicine may cause drowsiness. Avoid operating dangerous machinery, such as driving a car. •Pay attention that drinking alcohol may intensify drowsiness. Possible adverse reactions to this medicine The most commonly reported adverse reactions include drowsiness, malaise/lassitude, dry mouth, abdominal pain, light headedness, headache/dull headache, blank feeling, rash and itch.
