药效药理
1. 抗过敏作用
过敏性休克和豚鼠和大鼠豚鼠被动皮肤过敏是由口服抑制。
在大鼠实验性过敏性鼻炎是由口服抑制。
2. 抗组胺作用
它抑制了离体豚鼠回肠收缩反应，由于组胺（体外）。
它表现出抗组胺致死的抑制和在豚鼠（体内）血管通透性增加。
3. 通过抗原 - 抗体反应的化学介质释放的抑制动作
从大鼠腹膜肥大细胞通过抗原 - 抗体反应，以及从人外周血白细胞组胺和白三烯C4释放和肺组织中浓度依赖性方式组胺释放反应（体外）。它表明由豚鼠被动腹腔过敏性（体内）于组胺释放的抑制作用。
4. P物质对组胺释放的抑制作用
由物质P大鼠腹膜肥大细胞的组胺释放，从低浓度（体外）抑制。组胺释放的抑制作用，由钙离子对钙离子大量涌入的抑制作用释放抑制作用，并从细胞内钙储存地点细胞。
5. 嗜酸性粒细胞移动抑制和侵袭抑制作用
由PAF豚鼠嗜酸性粒细胞迁移是在上述10-9M浓度依赖的方式（体外）。PAF与白三烯B4的人的嗜酸性粒细胞迁移是由比10-8M更浓度依赖性地抑制（体外）。
在豚鼠鼻过敏模型，它抑制了嗜酸性粒细胞浸润在口服鼻粘膜。
适应病症
过敏性鼻炎，荨麻疹，湿疹，皮炎，皮肤瘙痒，痒疹
用法用量
成人，每日二次，每次口服1-2毫克，早饭前和睡前后口服。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine improves allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion or itchy skin by its antiallergic/antihistaminic action.
It is usually used to treat allergic rhinitis, hives, eczema/dermatitis, dermal pruritus or prurigo.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 capsules (1 to 2 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day after breakfast and before bedtime. Strictly follow the instructions.
•Take this medicine without chewing as it is sustained release preparation.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•This medicine may cause drowsiness. Avoid operating dangerous machinery, such as driving a car.
•Pay attention that drinking alcohol may intensify drowsiness.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include drowsiness, malaise/lassitude, dry mouth, abdominal pain, light headedness, headache/dull headache, blank feeling, rash and itch. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
