药效药理
1. 曲伏前列素
(1) 眼圧下降作用
对猕猴用激光照射，每日一次升高的眼内压，曲伏前列素0.001％和0.0033％眼用溶液，滴入09至10天，在与任何剂量组，基测大多数时间点降低了从线观察显著眼压。
(2) 作用机序
曲伏前列素是完全激动剂，对FP受体，房水的流出途径的一种选择性地作用，眼内压的效果通过从葡萄膜巩膜流出途径促进房水的流出它被认为是所带来的。
2. 马来酸噻吗洛尔
(1) 眼圧下降作用
在用兔α-糜蛋白酶诱导眼压和水负荷眼压上升测试，噻吗洛尔马来酸盐滴注被观察到的抑制显著眼压升高。
(2) β-受体阻断作用
大鼠，狗，心脏速率由猫异丙（异丙肾上腺素），心肌收缩力和心输出的增加由噻吗洛尔马来酸盐的静脉内，口服给药显着抑制，效果比普萘洛尔3时间和强10倍。
(3) 作用机序
眼压降低在猴子噻吗洛尔马来酸盐的效果有它被建议主要是由于房水产生的抑制。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses production of aqueous humor and promotes aqueous humor outflow in order to lower intraocular pressure and avoid visual field loss.
It is usually used to treat glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: asthma or its hstory, bronchospasm...acidosis, aphakic or pseudophakic eye, intraocular inflammation (iritis, uveitis).
If you wear contact lenses.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, apply 1 drop at a time, once a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
•Before applying eye-drops, wash your hands thoroughly. Take care not to touch the dropper tip against the eye when applying.
•After dropping the solution into your eyes, keep your eyes closed for 1 to 5 minutes pressing your inner corner of the eyes lightly. Wipe off any excess liquid with a clean tissue, or wash your face.
•If you need to use other eye drops at the same time, take more than 5 minutes intervals between medicines.
•If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible in case of the same day. If you aware the next day, you do not need to apply twice a day nor two drops at one time. You should not apply two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•The medicine may cause blurred vision temporarily. Do not drive a car or operate machinery until these symptoms recover.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include red eyes, eye irritation, eyelid skin darkening, itchy eyes, keratitis, hair appearing around eye area, blurred vision, abnormal sensation in eyes, foreign body sensation in eyes, dry eye, eye pain, photophobia, iritis and deepening of the eyelid sulcus (hollow of upper eyelid, fall to double-fold eyelid etc.). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•changes in the color of the iris [iris pigmentation]
•foreign body sensation in eyes, eye pain [ocular pemphigoid]
•short breath, choking, stridor [bronchospasm, dyspnea, respiratory failure]
•dyspnea, unconsciousness, dizziness on standing up [cardiac block, congestive heart failure, brain ischemia, cardiac asystole, cerebrovascular disorder]
•general malaise, fever, erythema that gets worse when in sunlight [systemic lupus erythematosus]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Store at room temperature (1 to 30℃) in a storage bag.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Do not use any medicine that has been stored for more than 4 weeks after opening.
