【药理】为作用较强的孕激素，其主要作用为促进子宫内膜增殖分泌，完成受孕准备，有保胎作用；尚能增加宫颈黏液稠度和抑制排卵。 　　
【适应症】对激素敏感肿瘤的姑息治疗。 用于痛经、功能性闭经、功能性子宫出血、先兆流产或习惯性流产、子宫内膜异位等，大剂量可用作长效避孕针。 　　
【用量用法】乳腺癌 500mg qd-bid。激素敏感或依赖性肿瘤如子宫内膜癌；各种癌症病人的姑息治疗；癌症化疗时的骨髓保护500mg～1g/日；功能性闭经：口服。每日4～8mg，连用5～10天 　　
【禁忌】肝、肾功能不全、心血管疾患和高血压、糖尿病、哮喘病、癫痫、偏头痛、未明确诊断的阴道出血、有血栓病史、胆囊疾病者禁用；妊娠4个月内、有精神抑郁史者慎用。长期使用的妇女不宜吸烟。 　　
【不良反应】乳房疼痛，乳溢，闭经，子宫颈糜烂或子宫颈分泌改变，亦可能产生类似皮质激素的影响。手颤抖，出汗及夜间小腿痉挛。阻塞性黄疸。

Dosing and Administration

Differential diagnosis of primary and secondary amenorrhea: drug is given 5-10 mg / day for 10 days.
