部份中文头孢妥仑匹酯处方资料(仅供参考) 药理作用 本品为第三代新型口服头孢菌素,作用机制为抑制细菌细胞壁合成,与各种细菌青霉素结合蛋白(PBP)的亲和性高。头孢妥仑匹酯吸收时在肠管壁代谢成头孢妥仑而发挥抗菌作用。在试管内,头孢妥仑对革兰阳性菌及阴性菌具有广泛的抗菌谱,尤其对葡眼睑脓肿、泪囊炎、睑板腺炎、牙周炎等。 适应证 头孢妥仑匹酯是有日本明治制果株式会社研发的,于1994年4月1日首次在日本上市。本品在日本的批准适应症为:治疗各种感染症如呼吸道、皮肤感染、尿路感染等。上市后的临床评价皮肤科领域的有效率为93.1%,外科领域的有效率为100%,呼吸科领域为97.9%,尿路感染为94.6%,猩红热为100%,百日咳为100%,耳鼻喉科维100%。 禁忌证 对本品成分有过敏史的患者禁用。 注意事项 1.尚未确立妊娠期用药的安全性,孕妇或可能妊娠的妇女,仅在治疗有益性超过危险性时方可用药。 2.尚未确立小儿用药的安全性。 3.大多数β-内酰胺类抗生素可引起严重反应(包括过敏性休克),在用药前应仔细问诊。 4.高龄者、肾功能降低患者(尤其肌酐清除率<30ml/min或进行人工透析患者)应注意变更给药间隔。 不良反应 1.过敏反应 皮疹、瘙痒、荨麻疹和发热等。 2.消化系统 恶心、呕吐、腹泻,罕见伪膜性肠炎。 3.血液系统 嗜酸性粒细胞增多症、白细胞减少症等。 4.肾功能 偶见血尿素氮(BUN)及血清肌酐上升。 5.肝功能 有时出现天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)上升。 用法用量 口服,成人常用量:每次200mg,每日2次,饭后服用。随年龄及症状适当增减。 药物相应作用 1.与抗酸剂合用会使本品吸收率降低。 2.与丙磺舒合用会使本品尿中排泄率降低。 3.有报道本品可降低血清中的肉毒碱。

Brand name : MEIACT MS FINE GRANULES 10% FOR PEDIATRIC Active ingredient: Cefditoren pivoxil Dosage form: orange fine granules Print on wrapping: Effects of this medicine This medicine is a cephem antibiotic to inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis, and shows bactericidal antimicrobial effect. It is usually used in the treatment of wide-range infections such as skin infections, respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, otorhinological infections and dental infections. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine. If you are a patient with renal impairment. If you are or any of your parents or siblings is prone to allergic symptoms such as bronchial asthma, rash or hives. •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>> •General dosage regimen: For children, take 0.03 g per kilogram of body weight (3 mg of the active ingredient [titer]) at a time, three times daily, after meals. For adults (patients who cannot take tablets due to swallowing difficulty), take 1 g (100 mg of the active ingredient [titer]) at a time, three times daily, after meals. If the symptoms are severe or the effect is insufficient, you may be instructed to take 2 g (200 mg [titer]) at a time, three times daily, after meals. For both children and adults, the dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms, however, strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist. This preparation contains 100 mg (titer) of the active ingredient per gram. •Do not open each individual package until the time when you take the medicine to avoid exposure to humidity. •Take a dose as soon as possible. Then take the medicine at the scheduled time. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose. •If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist. •Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor. Precautions while taking this medicine • Possible adverse effects of this medicine Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: diarrhea, loose stool, nausea, gastric discomfort, rash, hives, erythema, itch, fever, swelling of lymph nodes, joint pain, etc. The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately. •feeling unwell, abnormal feeling in mouth, dizziness [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms] •fever, diarrhea, abdominal pain [serious colitis with bloody stool such as pseudomembranous colitis] •fever, erythema with edema in the center, bloodshot eyes[oculomucocutaneous syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis] •fever, dry cough, breathing difficulty [interstitial pneumonia, PIE syndrome] •general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing in skin and conjunctiva [hepatic dysfunction] The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine.
