性　　状：白色或微黄色结晶性粉末，无味或稍有特殊气体。易溶于水，稍难溶于甲醇，几乎不溶于乙醇或乙醚。 mp90~91℃
用　　途
第三代头孢菌素，为头霉素衍生物，由半合成法制成为七水合物钠盐。对革兰氏阴性和阳性菌均有较好抗菌作用。特别对大肠杆菌、克雷白菌属、流感嗜血杆菌、变形杆菌属、脆弱拟杆菌有很强的抗菌作用。对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌等各种细菌产生的内酰胺酶稳定。对链球菌（肠球菌除外）敏感。本品对细菌细胞壁内肽聚糖生成脂蛋白起阻碍作用，脂蛋白结构为革兰氏阴性菌所特有，故对革兰氏阴性菌的作用较其他同类药物为强。静注0.5g或1g，血药浓度分别50ug／ml、100ug／ml。体内分布以腹水、子宫内膜、胆汁中浓度为高，痰中浓度低。主要经肾排泄，在尿液中亦有较高浓度。肾功能障碍者本品的排泄受阻，t1/2 约2．5小时。用于上述敏感菌所致的扁桃体、呼吸、泌尿道、胆道、腹腔、子宫等部位感染，也可用于败血症。
用法用量
静注或静滴，成人每次1g，1日2次；儿童1次20mg／kg，1日3～4次。败血症时，成人1日可用到6g，分3～4次给予。
本品静注，每1g药物用20ml注射用水、5％～10％葡萄糖液或0.9％氯化钠液溶解。滴注时，每1g药物溶于输液100～200ml中，滴注1～2小时。
注意要点
（1）偶可致过敏，有皮疹、发热等，也可致休克，对青霉素、其他头孢菌素过敏者应慎用。
（2）可致肾损害，如血肌酐值上升，BUN上升、少尿、蛋白尿等。
（3）血液系统毒性，可致血液有形成分的减少。
（4）肝酶升高，血胆红素升高及黄疸等也可发生。
（5）消化道症状有食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，菌群失常而致维生素缺乏和二重感染等也可发生。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a cefem antibiotic, which inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis to exert an antibacterial effect.
It is usually used to treat a wide range of infections such as blood infection, respiratory infection, urinary tract infection, gastrointestinal infection and gynecological infection.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you or your family has the predisposition to allergic symptoms such as bronchial asthma, rash and hives; have renal disorder; are in a poor oral feeding state, in a parenteral nutrition state or in a poor general condition.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

In general, for adults, this medicine is injected intravenously or administered by intravenous infusion over a period of 1 to 2 hours in 2 divided doses a day. In general, for children, this medicine is injected intravenously or administered by intravenous infusion over a period of 1 to 2 hours in 3 to 4 divided doses a day. To treat sepsis and intractable or severe infection, for adults, this medicine is injected in 3 to 4 divided doses a day.
The treatment period with this medicine is determined based on your symptoms.
Relax and stay still while receiving drip infusion.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Facial flushes, palpitation, dizziness, headache and nausea may occur due to alcohol ingestion. Avoid drinking alcohol during the period of treatment with this medicine and for at least 1 week thereafter.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include liver dysfunction, rash, eruption, redness, itching, diarrhea, nausea and fever. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

general malaise, nose/gum bleeding [pancytopenia]
abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea [serious colitis with bloody stool such as pseudomembranous colitis]
