Effects of this medicine
This medicine acts on blood-coagulation factor to stop bleeding.
It is usually used to control bleeding in connection with spontaneous, injury, dental extraction or surgical procedures in patients with mild/moderate haemophilia A (factor VIII coagulation activity 2% or higher) and Type I/II A von Willebrand's disease.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have hypertension, arteriosclerosis, coronary thrombosis, angina, pregnancy toxemia, chronic kidney disease or anterior pituitary dysfunction.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

In general, inject intravenously at a slow speed.
For pre-operative use, inject intravenously at a slow speed 30 minutes before planned surgical procedure.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include hot flush, heat sensation, flushing of the face, headache or conjunctival congestion. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
