性状
白色晶体或肿块，或有异味，或有轻微异味，味微苦。非常易溶于水或甲醇，易溶于乙醇（95），在乙醚中微溶。它是吸湿性的。
操作注意事项
1.本剂储存条件下，有可能是在色调一些变化观察，质量，对疗效没有影响。
2.打开一瓶500毫升后，存放在一个密封的寒冷的地方。
3.包装的产品，直到前刚打开。服用被丢弃后，残留的液体。
药效药理
1. 利尿作用
在与狗的实验中，尿量口服（1-2G /千克）后，增加了30分钟。硝酸异山梨显示清晰利尿作用。
2. 脑降压作用
在与狗的实验中，口服给药（3克/千克）刚才脑脊液压力减小平均36％，1至1.5小时后达到一个最小值。硝酸异山梨显示了降颅压效果。
3. 眼压效果
在兔子的实验中，眼内压口服给予（2克/公斤）达到了45分钟后的最小值。硝酸异山梨显示效果降低眼压。
4. 内淋巴降压作用
在水肿豚鼠，颈静脉给药（1.6mL/公斤（85瓦特/v％）之间）的实验是在淋巴压力呈下降近05-10分钟。异山梨醇示出下内淋巴的压降的影响。
适应病症和用法用量
1. 在脑肿瘤，大脑在压力时脑压降时脑压降增加，由于头部外伤，利尿在肾脏和尿路结石，青光眼的眼压时间
成人：每日剂量为70-140ml的2至3倍，以口服给药。这是适当增加症状。

2. 梅尼埃病
美尼尔氏病，1.5-2.0毫升/公斤体重每天为标准剂量，口服除以正常成人每日剂量为90-120毫升至3次，每次饭后给药。它是根据症状调整。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine increases plasma osmotic pressure to show effects of lowering intracranial pressure/intraocular pressure/intra-aural lymphatic pressure or diuretic effect.
It is usually used for the purpose of lowering the pressure in intracranial hypertension resulting from brain tumor or head injury, diuresis in case of kidney/ureteral stone, lowering intraocular pressure in glaucoma, and the treatment of Meniere's disease.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: intracranial hematoma.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•For the purpose of lowering brain pressure/intraocular pressure or diuresis: In general, for adults, take 70 to 140 mL (49 to 98 g of the active ingredient) a day in two to three divided doses. The dosage should be adjusted according to your disease and symptoms.
For the treatment of Meniere's disease: Standard daily dose is 1.5 to 2.0 mL/kg (1.05 to 1.4 g of the active ingredient) of the body weight. In general, for adults, take 30 to 40 mL (21 to 28 g) at a time, three times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to your symptoms.
This product contains 30 mL (21 g) in a pack. If it is hard to drink, mix it with as much of cold water and take it. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, rash and erythema. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•rash, breathing difficulty, palpitation [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]

Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
•Open it just before taking and discard the remained solution for not storing.
•It may discolor in some environments, which has no affect on the effects and quality of the product.
