药物剂型
1.片剂：30mg；
2.溶液剂：30mg(5ml)；
3.注射剂：15mg(2ml)。
药理作用
本品为呼吸道润滑祛痰药，为溴己新的第8个代谢产物，能促使呼吸道表面活性物质的形成，调节浆液性与黏液性物质的分泌，增加中性黏多糖分泌，减少酸性黏多糖合成，并促进代谢，使呼吸道黏液理化趋于正常，利于排出。实验证实，用药后，可使痰黏度下降50%。还可改善纤毛运动，增强呼吸道的消除作用。
药动学
口服后胃肠吸收良好，作用迅速，0.5～3h血药浓度达峰值，作用持续达9～10h，35%～50%进入肠肝循环，亦即吸收后经由肝脏代谢，代谢物又经胆道排入小肠，于小肠中再水解成溴环己胺醇，再次被吸收。本药从血液向组织的分布迅速且显著，肺、肝、肾分布较多，其他组织分布较少。血浆蛋白结合率约90%。本品主要通过肝代谢，72h可完全由尿排出。血浆t1/2为4～5h。
适应证
用于各种原因引起痰黏不易咳出者，如急慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张、支气管哮喘、肺结核、术后咳痰困难等。
禁忌证
1.妊娠妇女禁用。
2.哺乳期妇女禁用。
3.青光眼患者禁用。
注意事项
注射剂不宜与pH值大于6.3的其他溶液混合。出现过敏反应，如皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒感，应立即停药。
不良反应
有轻度胃肠不适，个别有过敏反应。快速静注可引起头痛、腿痛和疲惫感。
用法用量
1.口服：
(1)片剂：饭后吞服：
①成人及10岁以上少年儿童，每天3次，每次30mg；
②5～10岁儿童：每天3次，每次15mg；
③长期治疗可减少为每天2次。
(2)溶液剂：成人及12岁以上儿童：每次10ml，用量随年龄递减而减少。应于饭前服。
2.缓慢静注：
(1)成人：每次15mg，每天2～3次；
(2)儿童：每次7.5mg，分2～3次。
4.静脉滴注：加入葡萄糖、果糖、盐水或林格液内滴注。

可与抗生素、糖皮质激素及支气管扩张剂等合并使用

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Side effect
