旧的包装产品的Oribesu输注（玻璃瓶）的1％是长期储存试验（室温，36个月）的结果，已证实了三年是稳定的。
旧的包装产品的结果的当前包装产品（聚乙烯袋）中，相对的比较试验（40℃，75％RH，3个月）（玻璃瓶），在稳定性差没有观察到，这是三年稳定有人猜测。

用法用量
静脉点滴给药方法
有效静脉注射单剂量是，如果你期望的效果的持续时间，连续监测心电图下进行点滴静脉注射。
通常，盐酸利多卡因以每分钟1-2毫克（0.1-0.2毫升）的速度静脉内注射。可能会增加施用速率，如果需要的话，但由于严重的副作用出现在4毫克（0.4毫升）或更多，每分钟的速度，它被保持达4毫克。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine acts on myocardial cells and suppresses excessive contraction of heart muscle.
It is usually used for extrasystole (ventricular) and paroxysmal tachycardia (ventricular) or in the prevention of these conditions, and in the prevention of ventricular arrhythmia associated with acute myocardial infarction or surgery.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have impulse conduction disorder (such as complete atrioventricular block).
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Also beware of over-the-counter medicines and food.)

Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include delirium, dizziness, sleepiness, anxiety, euphoria, numbness, and vomiting. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•bradycardia, decreased blood pressure, facial pallor [suppressed impulse conduction system, shock]
•decreased consciousness, shievering limbs, convulsive muscle contraction [consciousness disorder, tremor, convulsion]
•tachycardia/arrhythmia/blood pressure fluctuation, rapid increase in body temperature, stiffness of muscle [malignant hyperthermia]
