○分子式 C22H26N2O4S・HCl ○分子量 450.98 ○性状 晶体状粉末或白色晶体,无异味。 ·易溶于甲酸,易溶于氯仿中的水,或甲醇,难溶于乙腈,微溶于乙醇或乙酸酐(99.5),和几乎不溶于乙醚。 ·[α] 20D旋光:+115〜+120°(干燥后,0.20克,水20mL,100毫米) 熔点:210〜215℃(分解) 适应症 1.室上性心动过速 2.手术时异常高血压的急救处置 3.高血压急症 4.不稳定心绞痛 用法用量 将注射用盐酸地尔硫卓(10mg或50mg)用5ml以上的生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液溶解,按下述方法用药: 1.室上性心动过速 单次静注,通常成人剂量为盐酸地尔硫卓10mg约3分钟缓慢静注,并可据年龄和症状适当增减。 2.手术时异常高血压的急救处置 单次静注,通常对成人1次约1分钟内缓慢静注盐酸地尔硫卓10mg,并可根据病人年龄和症状适当增减。静脉点滴,通常对成人以5~15μg/kg/分速度静脉点滴盐酸地尔硫卓。当血压降至目标值以后,边监测血压边调节点滴速度。 3.血压急症 通常成人以5~15μg/kg/分速度静脉点滴盐酸地尔硫卓。当血压降至目标值以后,边监测血压边调节点滴速度。 4.不稳定心绞痛 通常成人以1~5μg/kg/分速度静脉点滴盐酸地尔硫卓,应先从小剂量开始,然后可根据病情适当增减,最大用量为5μg/kg/分。 贮藏 密闭,在凉暗处(不超过20℃)保存。 有效期 36个月 包装规格 注射用 10:10毫克×10瓶

It is usually used to treat tachyarrhythmia, hypertensive emergency and unstable angina, and for emergency treatment of malignant hypertension during operation. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. If you have hypotension, cardiogenic shock, second-degree or higher atrioventricular (AV) block, sick sinus syndrome (with persistent sinus bradycardia at less than 50 beats/minute, sinus arrest, sinoatrial block, etc.), congestive cardiac failure or cardiomyopathy. •If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>> •Tachyarrhythmia (supraventricular): In general, for adults, this medicine is given by intravenous injection slowly over approximately 3 minutes. Emergency treatment of malignant hypertension during operation: In general, for adults, this medicine is given by intravenous injection slowly over approximately 1 minute. If it is given by intravenous drip infusion, your doctor decides the infusion rate and time monitoring the blood pressure. Hypertensive emergency, unstable angina: In general, for adults, this medicine is given by intravenous drip infusion. The infusion rate and time depend on your symptom. Precautions while taking this medicine • Possible adverse reactions to this medicine The most commonly reported adverse reactions include bradycardia, decreased blood pressure and AV block (skipped pulse beats). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately. •slow pulse, general malaise/shortness of breath, dizziness/syncope [complete AV block, severe bradycardia, cardiac arrest] •respiratory distress, general edema, fatiguability [congestive cardiac failure] The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine.
