复方雷米普利氢氯噻嗪片
规格:片剂2.5mg/12.5mg；5mg/12.5mg；10mg/12.5mg；5mg/25mg；10mg/25mg。
药理
血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂＋利尿剂类型的抗高血压药。
适应症
适用于原发性高血压。
用法用量
根据患者的耐药性及希望达到的降压效果给药。在没有特殊情况下按下列方法给药：初始剂量：每天服用2.5mg/12.5mg。
根据需要，可以逐渐加大给药量，但至少间隔2-3周。每天允许的最大剂量为10mg/50mg。通常，推荐的给药方法为：一日一次，早上服用。
多数情况下， 给药量由 2.5mg/12.5mg增至5mg/25mg后血压将被充分降低。服药方法：用足量的液体送服（约1/2杯）。不能咀嚼或压碎服用，可以饭前，饭中，饭后服用。
