药品介绍
枸橼酸氢钾钠主要通过体内代谢物中HCO3-1盐中的碱基而起作用。对酸性尿的改善作用：氯化铵诱导大鼠酸性尿的试验表明，本品具有剂量依赖性的预防酸性尿的效果。对于尿酸诱导的高尿酸血症大鼠，本品可降低酸性尿、尿中HCO3-1的浓度，从而提高尿中pH值。
改善酸中毒：对于鼻疽菌素诱导的酸中毒大鼠，本品具有剂量依赖性的增加血液pH的作用。通过增加尿液pH值和枸橼酸根的排泄，减少了尿液的钙离子浓度。这种变化使尿液中形成结石的盐易形成结晶。所致的钙离子浓度的减少能降低尿液中能形成结石的钙盐饱和度。pH值的升高能增加尿酸和胱氨酸结石的可溶性。
本品独特的离子配比（6：6：3：5）符合人体的生理离子配比，安全性高，不会引起电解质紊乱；人性化的设计，可根据pH值调整用药量，服用更科学；生物利用度高、药效稳定，有效期长达5年。经过30多个国家、20余年临床验证：安全、快速、无毒副作用、可长期服用，深受世界各国专家、患者及市场的高认知度。本品除用于溶解尿酸结石和防止新结石的形成，作为胱氨酸结石的胱氨酸尿的维持治疗外，还可以协同体外碎石，提高碎石效果，促进残石溶解和排净，各种代谢性疾病（痛风、肾小管性酸中毒等）的辅助治疗。随着生活水平的提高，尿石症患者和痛风、高尿酸血症等代谢性疾病患者逐年增加，对于本品的需求也会越来越大。本品填补了尿石溶解和痛风辅助治疗用药的空白。

Contraindications Acute or chronic renal failure or when NaCl is totally forbidden. Serious disorders of acid-base balance, chronic UTI w/ urea-splitting bacteria.
