性状
蚧提取物，从蚧栎一并谈布鲁姆或狭叶栎牧野树枝叶的提取物，是褐色至黑褐色粉末。有特殊的臭，味微苦。它融化在微混浊的水。
药效药理
生长的抑制作用及结石溶解作用
当用磷酸石灰石中含有蚧提取尿，溶解作用是观察灌注（体外）。
另外，在动物研究中，蚧提取物的口服给药显示了演算的生长抑制效果和溶解作用（大鼠）。
抗炎症作用
腿浮肿（大鼠），抑制增强（兔）的血管通透性和胸膜炎（大鼠）
利尿作用
尿量增加尿路结石的患者
适应症
排放促进肾结石和尿路结石
用法用量
通常一次2片，每天三次口服给药。年龄，会根据症状调整

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses growth of stone and has lithontriptic action, anti-inflammatory action and diuretic action.
It is usually used to promote expulsion of renal and ureteral stone.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

•General dosage regimen: For adults, take 2 tablets (450 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, three times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•Take a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
•If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.

Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: gastric discomfort, gastric bloating, gastrointestinal disorder (nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite), etc.
