5.服药后可有嗜睡或眩晕,故不宜驾驶或做危险性工作。 6.逾量的处理:采取对症及支持疗法,可用如下措施:①用活性炭代替或加速胃排空;②如需要可用抗心律失常药,监护心脏功能;③用吩噻嗪或其他神经安定剂治疗中枢神经系统的刺激症状;④维持动脉血压。 【药物相互作用】参见溴隐亭。 【给药说明】 1.应以小剂量开始,逐渐缓慢增量,调节到最低有效量,以避免或减轻副作用的发生。 2.恶心与眩晕常发生在本品开始治疗时,继续治疗后常可消失;但减少培高利特剂量亦可减少或减轻这些副作用的发生率与严重度。于睡前服用首剂药物可使患者更好地耐受眩晕与恶心。进餐时服药亦可减轻恶心。 【用法与用量】开始治疗时0.025mg,每日1次,进餐时服用,以后每隔5日每日增加0.025mg,直至最低有效量,获得最理想的疗效而不出现副作用为止。通常有效剂量每日0.375mg~1.5mg,分次服用,最大量每日不超过2.4mg,在调节本品剂量中,合用的左旋多巴剂量应按临床反应酌情减少。 【制剂与规格】甲磺酸培高利特片:①0.05mg;②0.25mg;③1.0mg。 Pergolide mesylate Common name: pergolide mesylate (per go, Lide) Brand Name: Permax
