【用  途】
抗帕金森氏症药。为半合成的麦角灵(Ergoline)药物。对多巴胺的剌激作用比溴麦角隐亭作用强而持续时间长,且约有半数对溴麦角隐亭无反应的患者对其有效,仅作为对症治疗剂。并不能根治本症。

【适应证】与溴隐亭相同。
【不良反应】基本与溴隐亭相似,主要有:体位性低血压、幻觉、精神错乱、异动症、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、腹痛或胃痛、便秘或腹泻、嗜睡、流感样症状、下背部痛、无力等。
【禁忌证】对本品或其他麦角生物碱过敏者禁用。
【注意事项】
1.可抑制乳汁分泌,哺乳期妇女不宜应用本品。对儿童的安全性尚未明。
2.下列情况应慎用:①心律不齐(会增加房性早搏及窦性心动过速的危险性);②精神疾病(先前已有的精神错乱及幻觉可加重)。
3.服本品期间应随访血压(本品常可降低血压,升高血压则较少见)。
4.进餐时服药可减轻胃刺激。

5.服药后可有嗜睡或眩晕,故不宜驾驶或做危险性工作。
6.逾量的处理:采取对症及支持疗法,可用如下措施:①用活性炭代替或加速胃排空;②如需要可用抗心律失常药,监护心脏功能;③用吩噻嗪或其他神经安定剂治疗中枢神经系统的刺激症状;④维持动脉血压。

【给药说明】
1.应以小剂量开始,逐渐缓慢增量,调节到最低有效量,以避免或减轻副作用的发生。
2.恶心与眩晕常发生在本品开始治疗时,继续治疗后常可消失;但减少培高利特剂量亦可减少或减轻这些副作用的发生率与严重度。于睡前服用首剂药物可使患者更好地耐受眩晕与恶心。进餐时服药亦可减轻恶心。
【用法与用量】开始治疗时0.025mg,每日1次,进餐时服用,以后每隔5日每日增加0.025mg,直至最低有效量,获得最理想的疗效而不出现副作用为止。通常有效剂量每日0.375mg~1.5mg,分次服用,最大量每日不超过2.4mg,在调节本品剂量中,合用的左旋多巴剂量应按临床反应酌情减少。
【制剂与规格】甲磺酸培高利特片:①0.05mg;②0.25mg;③1.0mg。

Pergolide mesylate is used for:

If you have heart or kidney problems, irregular heartbeat, lung problems, low blood pressure, or hallucinations history
Some drugs may be pergolide mesylate. Tell your health care provider, especially if you are taking any other drugs the following:
