药理作用
本药为胃黏膜保护药，具有保护胃黏膜及促进溃疡愈合的作用。具体包括：
1.清除羟基自由基的作用，通过降低脂质过氧化等作用保护因自由基所致的胃黏膜损伤。
2.抑制炎性细胞浸润。另外动物实验显示本药可增加大白鼠的胃黏液量、胃黏膜血流量及胃黏膜前列腺素含量，并可促进大白鼠胃黏膜细胞再生、使胃碱性物质分泌增多等。但对基础胃液分泌几乎不起作用，对刺激胃酸分泌也未显示出抑制作用。
3.抑制幽门螺杆菌(Hp)作用：本药不具有细胞毒活性，而是通过阻止Hp粘附至胃黏膜上皮细胞、减少氧化应激、降低Hp产生的细胞因子浓度等而用于辅助治疗Hp感染。
药动学
本药口服吸收较好，但餐后吸收较缓慢，0.5～4h血药浓度达峰值，血浆蛋白结合率为98%以上，在胃、十二指肠分布良好。半衰期为2h，大部分以原药从尿中排出。
适应证
1.可促进溃疡愈合。
2.急性胃炎、慢性胃炎。
禁忌证
1.对本药过敏者。
2.哺乳期妇女。
注意事项
1.孕妇及儿童慎用。
2.哺乳期妇女用药时应避免哺乳。
3.由于一般老年患者生理机能低下，应注意消化系统的副作用。
4.不推荐本药单独用于Hp感染。
5.服药期间若出现瘙痒、皮疹或湿疹等过敏反应，或出现氨基转移酶显著升高时应立即停药，并进行适当治疗。
不良反应
1.血液系统：可引起白细胞减少(不足0.1%)，也有血小板减少的报道。
2.精神神经系统：有导致麻木、眩晕、嗜睡的报道。
3.胃肠道：发生率不足0.1%，有味觉异常、嗳气、打嗝、呕吐、胃灼热、腹痛、腹胀、便秘、腹泻等。另有引起口渴的报道。
4.肝脏：引起丙氨酸氨堆转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酸转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶升高等肝功能异常。另有黄疸报道。
5.内分泌系统/代谢：有引起乳腺肿胀、乳房疼痛、男性乳房肿大，诱发乳汁分泌的报道。
6.呼吸系统：有引起咳嗽、呼吸困难的报道。
7.过敏反应：发生率不足0．1%，可有皮疹、瘙痒、药疹样湿疹等。另有引起荨麻疹的报道。
8.其他：本药所致的月经异常、血尿素氮(BUN)升高、浮肿等的发生率不足0.1%。另有引起心悸、发热、颜面潮红的报道。
成人常用量口服，每次0.1g，每天3次，早、晚及睡前服用。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine protects against gastric mucosal injury by increasing the prostaglandin E2 content and exerting a cytoprotective effect on the gastric mucosa. The medicine also increases the amount of gastric mucus and stimulates gastric mucosal blood flow to improve impaired hemodynamics, thus helps to suppress inflammation and repair the gastric mucosa.
This medicine is usually used for treatment of gastric ulcer and for improvement of gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness and edema) in acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•For gastric ulcer : In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (100 mg of active ingredient) 3 times daily in the morning, evening, and before going to bed.
For gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness, and edema) in acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis : In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (100 mg of active ingredient) 3 times daily.
Strictly follow the instructions in any case.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is close to the time for the next dose , skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule . You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include hypersensitivity symptoms such as rash, itch and drug-eruption-like eczema, and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•cold sweat, decreased blood pressure, respiratory distress[shock]
•swelling around the eyes or mouth, hives, respiratory distress[anaphylactoid reactions]
•throat pain, fever, malaise[decreased white blood cell count]
•nose bleeding, gum bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding in limbs[decreased platelet count]
•general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing in skin and mucosa[liver dysfunction, jaundice]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
•If there is a remainder, this is to be discarded. Do not store it.
