【药理作用及用途】
具有扩张阴茎动脉、松弛阴茎海绵体平滑肌加速阴茎动脉血流的作用
适用于勃起功能障碍疾病的诊断和治疗。
【用法及用量】
用0.945%苯甲醇保存的无菌注射用水或用含有苯甲醇的无菌注射用水配制。阴茎海绵体内注射剂量，应根据每病人的具体情而定，般为10～20μg/次。
【不良反应】
可有头痛、食欲减退、恶心、腹泻、低血压、室上性早博、心动过速等。阴茎海绵体注射有阴茎疼痛和异常勃起。
【注意事项】
不能用于对此药有过敏者，或有持续勃起倾向者；如有镰刀状细胞贫血，发性骨髓瘤、白血病及阴茎解剖学畸形禁用；阴茎植入假体者不宜。注射后出现异常勃起应及时就医；眼压增高者、使用降压和抗凝血药物者禁用。
【规格】注射(粉针)剂: 20μg (同类品:凯时10mg/支; 保达新20μg/支)

【适应症】慢性动脉闭塞症。
【用量用法】
动脉输注：开始每公斤体重，每秒注射０．１μｇ，５～１０秒后可提高到０．１５μｇ～０．２μｇ（每公斤体重、每秒），再过５秒钟后增至每公斤体重、每秒０．２μｇ。
【注意事项】
1.有头痛、食欲减退、腹泻、低血压、心动过速；针刺部局部肿胀、疼痛、发红及发热等。2.妊娠及哺乳期禁用。3.药液必须新鲜配制。
【规格】粉针剂：含前列腺素Ｅ１ ２０ｕｇ。
Viridal is the medication of prostaglandin E1.
This drug improves microcirculation and peripheral circulation, it has angioprotective action. With systemic administration causes relaxation of smooth muscle fibers, exerts vasodilating effect, reduces PR, lowers blood pressure.
It is noted a reflex increase in cardiac output and heart rate.
Improves the rheological properties of blood helping to increase the elasticity of red blood cells and reducing platelet aggregation and activity of neutrophils, increases the fibrinolytic activity of blood. Viridal affects the metabolism and increases utilization of glucose and oxygen, inhibits the release of free radicals and lysosomal enzymes from granulocytes and macrophages, stimulates protein synthesis, has a favorable effect on lipid metabolism (inhibiting the synthesis of cholesterol and reducing the concentration of LDL), inhibits the proliferation of smooth muscle cells.
Viridal has a stimulating effect on smooth muscles of intestines, bladder, uterus, suppresses gastric acid secretion.
When Viridal introduced intracavernous it blocks alpha-1-adrenergic receptors in tissues of the penis, has a relaxing effect on smooth muscles of cavernous bodies, helps to increase blood flow and improve microcirculation.
Expansion of the cavernous arteries and blood vessels of trabecular smooth muscle corpus cavernosum leads to
a rapid increase in blood flow and dilation of lacunar spaces in the cavernous bodies. Venous outflow through the blood vessels located under the tunica albuginea is limited and that stimulates the development of erectile dysfunction ("corporal veno occlusive mechanism").
Viridal begins to act in 5-10 minutes, the duration of action is 1-3 hours. Indications: erectile dysfunction This medicine is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
