药理作用　　

本品系拟肾上腺素药，为β受体兴奋药。与异丙肾上腺素比较，本品扩张支气管和兴奋心脏的作用明显减弱，只保留了较强的血管扩张作用。本品能广泛扩张周围血管、毛细血管床及骨骼肌微血管，同时降低周围血管张力，因而可增加周围血管血流量。动物实验证明，本品可使周围血管流量增加32％～43％。由于改善了周围血管循环，身体受损部位的恢复及新组织的生长均能起到促进作用。本品还能扩张冠状血管和脑血管，增加冠脉血流量和脑血流量。另外，本品尚有兴奋心肌作用，可增加心脏瞬间血流量，稳定动脉血压，可增加心输出量达34％。
适应症　　

①适用于脑血管疾病的治疗。本品对于血管性头痛、脑动脉硬化、高血压脑病、一过性脑缺血发作、突发性耳聋、脑血栓形成及脑栓塞均有明显的治疗作用。
②本品可用于治疗静脉曲张溃疡、血栓性静脉炎及中央性弥散性视网膜病变。
③本品适用于生育妇女的早产、先兆性流产及手术后胎盘出血的恢复。
④本品对于局部组织的损伤如冻疮、软组织挫伤以及移植组织的生长和血管、神经损伤后的恢复均有促进作用。本品剂量小，生理活性高，毒性低微，生效迅速。虽然扩张血管但不降低血压，不增加心率，故与其他血管扩张药相比有明显的优越性。
用法用量　　

口服，每次4～6mg，每日3次。

禁用/慎用　

急性心肌梗死特别是近期内出现心功能障碍、严重心绞痛及阵发性心动过速者、消化性溃疡及中毒性甲状腺肿者慎用。
心脏病患者及甲状腺功能亢进患者应避免使用此药。此药使妊娠晚期孕妇的血糖明显升高，而糖尿病妇女更明显。
不良反应　

本品主要不良反应包括偶有心悸、乏力、眩晕、食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、面色潮红，但不增加心率。停药后这些不良反应可消失。
可产生心悸、神经过敏、头晕、恶心、呕吐及低血压，并认为它能使眼内压力升高及胃分泌增多。
药物相互作用　

本品与具有吩噻嗪结构的抗组胺药如异丙嗪、甲地拉嗪、阿利马嗪等合用，有增强这些药物的药效作用。
