1. 作用机序
收缩和支气管平滑肌，副交感神经（胆碱能）和管辖，通过迷走神经刺激的支气管分泌物的增加，乙酰胆碱从神经末梢，引起作用于受体释放。胆碱是乙酰胆碱的β型甲基同系物，5作用在直接乙酰胆碱受体）。
如果与哮喘患者吸入含甲胆碱的溶液中，对乙酰甲胆碱的高灵敏度与健康受试者相比时，支气管收缩发生在较低的剂量。在反应这种差异是在对乙酰甲胆碱激发试验的药理基础。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine causes contraction of bronchial smooth muscle and increase of bronchial secretion by acting on acetylcholine receptor.
It is usually used for the examination of bronchial airway hyperresponsiveness in case of diagnosis/severity assessment of bronchial asthma.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: airflow limitation (exhalation difficulty), obvious respiratory distress, wheezing (whistling sound), history of myocardial/cerebral infarction within recent 3 months, hypertension, cerebral/aortic aneurysm, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular disease with bradycardia, peptic ulcer disease, Addison's disease, gastrointestinal/urinary tract obstruction, epilepsy, Parkinsonism, hyperfunction of vagus nerve or myasthenia gravis.
If you have examined bronchial airway hyperresponsiveness on the same day.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

•In general, inhale an appropriate series of the diluted solution from low concentration within the limits of 0.039 to 25 mg/mL using a nebulizer. Strictly follow the instructions.
•This medicine is bronchoconstrictor used only for inhalation of the examination of bronchial airway hyperresponsiveness.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include cough, respiratory distress, wheezing (whistling sound), respiratory sounds abnormal and choking sensation. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
