体外试验

2. 作用机序

适应病症
用于复发性或难治性多发性骨髓瘤。
用法与用量
与地塞米松组合，通常成人口服4mg，每日一次，连续21天，作为派洛他米特，随后停药7天。 以此作为一个周期重复管理。此外，根据患者的状况进行体重减轻。
临床优势
1、Ⅱ期临床试验证明泊马度胺（2mg/d）联合地塞米松（40mg/周）对RRMM有着很好的疗效和耐受性。
