[目的]观察华蟾素注射液治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。
[方法]60例晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤患者按是否给予华蟾素注射液治疗分成华蟾素治疗组和对照组。
华蟾素治疗组给予华蟾素注射液治疗1个疗程,辅以对症支持治疗,对照组只给予对症支持治疗。观察患者肿瘤大小,体力状况,癌症疼痛,不良反应的变化。
[结果]对瘤体疗效方面:治疗组临床获益率为30.00%,高于对照组的23.33%,但两组比较无显著性差异;体力状况疗效方面:治疗组提高+稳定例数占70.00%,高于对照组的43.33%,两组比较有显著性差异;癌症疼痛疗效方面:治疗组缓解+部分缓解例数占77.27%,高于对照组的25.00%,两组比较有显著性差异。
[结论]华蟾素注射液在一定程度上抑制肿瘤的生长,改善体力状况,缓解癌症疼痛,在姑息性治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤方面,具有一定疗效。

华蟾素注射液(ICF)是中华大蟾蜍皮水溶性成分制成的注射液,主要含有蟾毒内脂等有效成分。经临床研究及临床实验表明有一定的抗肿瘤作用,且毒副作用小,使用安全可靠[1]。本科2006—2007年应用华蟾素注射液治疗晚期消化道肿瘤30例,取得了较好疗效。1资料与方法1.1临床资料1.1.1病

[Objective]

To observe the clinical effect of Cinobufacini injection on treating advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract.

[Methods] Sixty patients with advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract were randomly divided into cino-treated group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients) according to whether receiving cinobufacini injection.The patients in the cino-treated group were treated with cinobufacini injection for one course of treatment without other anticancer therapies except supportive treatment when needed.The patients in the control group were treated only with supportive treatment.The tumor size,physical strength,cancer pain,adverse effect were observed.

[Results]

The clinic beneficial rate of cino-treated group(30.00%) was higher than that of the control group(23.33%) but without statistical significance.

The physical strength condition of cino-treated group(70.00%) was better than that of the control group(43.33%)with statistical significance.

The relieving cancer pain of cino-treated group(77.27%) was better than that of the control group(25.00%)with statistical significance.

[Conclusions]

Cinobufacini injection can inhibit the proliferation of cancer,improve physical strength and relieve cancer pain.It has curative effect in pilliative therapy of advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract.
